UHP-Mic-LED-475 Ultra High Power LED Light Source for Fluorescence Microscopy
 
 

Introduction

  The Ultra High Power LED 475 nm provides excellent replacement of conventional arc lamp sources in fluorescence microscopy applications like FITC, GFP and Rhodamine stain. Many power demanding applications such as chemical reaction activation, machine vision, and numerous others may benefit of this new LED light source.

  This new member of the modular Optiblocks family provides >2.7W of collimated LED power on its output and can be used with a full range of other optical OptiBlocks such as Fiber Coupler, Liquid Light Guide coupler, Beam Combiner, Filter Wheel, Beam Switcher and others.

Filter Wheel:
  The UHP-Mic-LED can be equipped with a 6 positions filter wheel at the beam output. This accessory is especially useful for UHP-Mic-LED-White light source. For more details please see video clip
 
  Fibre Coupled Adapator:
  The UHP-Mic-LED can be easily changed from direct microscope coupling to fiber coupled LED configuration by means of Fiver Coupled Adaptor (SMA,CF or ST connector).This adaptor can be easily assembled by a user on the Mic-LED output. For more details please see video clip

 
Liquid Light Guide Adaptor:
  The Microscope-LED can be easily changed from direct microscope coupling to Liquid Light Guide coupled LED configuration by means of LIGA Adaptor.This adaptor can be easily assembled by a user on the Mic-LED output. For more details please see video clip
 
Collimator:
  The output from optical fiber is divergent according to fiber NA. In order to reduce the divergent angle a collimator module can be used. Fiber Bundles::
